After speaking to dozens of dealers from several auto makers, Norm Reeves Subaru was refreshing. Easy to deal with, no games, no bait and switch. No pressure. No games. Called and asked for exactly what I wanted which I knew was doable and rather than give me the runaround, they came back and said no problem. We were in and out very quickly as promised. I have been visiting Texas for the past 3 years. Three years ago, I needed to keep my Outback smiling. So, I did an internet search and decided to give Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall a visit. Oh. My. Gosh! This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had. Joshua Marsac was our Sales Consultant and he was very personable, low-pressure, kind, and transparent. This is a good operation. We had done a lot of research on the vehicle we needed, and the nearby dealerships. We drove a long way to buy a Subaru from Jason F. at Norm Reeves, Rockwall. We traded in very nice, high-mileage vehicle and were treated very fairly.

Took our Subaru Outback to Norm Reeves in Rockwall for service. I don't see any way that our service experience could have been any better. Everyone we encountered there was very friendly, patient, and eager to answer any question we asked. We've had several years of experience with another Subaru dealer and were cautious about going to a new dealer.
