Makala began her career with Subaru in 2012, marking her entry into the industry. Her passion for taking care of customers has been a driving force, and she has fallen in love with the brand. In 2020, she had the pleasure of becoming a Norm Reeves Subaru employee and has grown fond of the environment introduced since the store opened.

Outside of work, Makala enjoys soccer and watching the Dallas Cowboys. A Texas native, she currently resides just east of Terrell. Her favorite cuisine is Italian, and she frequently visits Olive Garden. Her passion for Subaru has continued to grow over the years, and she now considers herself a brand loyalist, proudly driving a Subaru Ascent.
